In 2024, after more than 25 years in corporate leadership, I made a bold, game-changing move:
I walked away from the safety of a comfortable six-figure salary…
and went all in on a seven-figure vision. 🔥

I founded LUX Powerhouse Coaching & Consulting for women like me. 
Powerhouse women ready to redefine success on their terms.
To lead with clarity. To create impact with purpose.
To build legacies rooted in freedom, abundance, and bold self-expression.
