By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to all coaching services, materials, programs, courses, and content provided
• "Client" refers to any individual or entity receiving coaching services
• "Coach" refers to our coaching professionals and representatives
• "Website" refers to www.luxpowerhouse.com
• “Coaching” and “Consulting” may be used interchangeably and all terms apply to each, regardless if specified
• “Company” refers to LUX Powerhouse Coaching & Consulting LLC
   

2. Coaching & Consulting Services

2.1 Service Description

Our coaching services include one-on-one sessions, group coaching, workshops, and all supplementary materials. The specific nature and scope of services will be outlined in your coaching agreement. All materials you receive remain the property of the Company, LUX Powerhouse Coaching & Consulting LLC. 

2.2 Schedule and Availability

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid charges. 

2.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
• Actively participate in the coaching process
• Complete agreed-upon assignments and tasks
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
  
  

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees

• All fees are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change
• Payment is required before services commence
• Packages and subscriptions must be paid in full unless a payment plan is arranged
  
  

3.2 Refunds

• Individual sessions are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours. Credit may be provided at the discretion of the Coach. 
• Package refunds are prorated based on used sessions
• Administrative fees will apply to refunds per terms and conditions of each package contract. 
  
  

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Client Information

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and session content, except:

• When required by law
• If there is risk of harm to self or others
• When given explicit written permission by the client
  
  

4.2 Data Protection

Client data is protected according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Materials and Content

All materials, worksheets, videos, and content provided during coaching sessions and programs remain our intellectual property. Clients may not:

• Share or distribute materials without permission
• Record sessions without explicit consent
• Use materials for commercial purposes
  
  

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 Professional Boundaries

• Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice
• Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
• Clients should seek appropriate professional help for medical or mental health issues

6.2 Results

• Results vary between clients
• No specific outcomes are guaranteed
• Success depends on client participation and implementation
  
  

7. Termination

The Company and Coaches reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Client violates these terms
• Professional boundaries are crossed, based solely on the judgment of the Company and the Coaches
• Payment obligations are not met
• Continuing services would be unethical or harmful
  
  

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

9. Liability

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or opportunities
• Actions taken based on coaching advice
  
  

9.2 Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, coaches, and representatives from claims arising from their use of services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
